Consultation
Our consultations are used to determine if we are a good fit to work together. We learn about where your business is currently and what your objectives are for coaching. These meetings are confidential and require no ongoing commitment.

Alignment
After agreeing to work together, our engagement begins with a workbook of questions covering your entire business. This includes financial, operations, human resources, marketing, sales, competition, employees and more.

Execution
Once a business has worked through the Alignment process, a yearly plan is developed. From there, relevant and important work is the focus of quarterly plans. Quarterly planning is done with other business owners for collaboration and learning opportunities.
