With 20+ years in relationship-driven sales, Courtney helps companies expand their reach and build lasting partnerships. A former 1st and 2nd grade teacher, she excels at communication, empathy, and simplifying complex ideas. After raising her children, she stayed active in her community and now serves as a member of the Revere Board of Education. Courtney’s mix of educational, entrepreneurial, and corporate experience gives her a people-focused perspective that drives meaningful business partnerships.

Originally from Mentor, Ohio, Ali moved to Akron in 2023 for a job and a new beginning. She started with EBA in February 2024 and brings over 20 years of marketing, fundraising, and customer service experience to her position. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Lake Erie College. Ali has quickly integrated herself into the community by joining ATHENA Akron, CLEO, and the Greater Akron Chamber. In her free time, Ali loves practicing yoga, running, and spoiling her two rescue pugs, Berkely and Bean.
