Jessica Chodaczek
Professional Experience
Jessica Chodaczek is an entrepreneur, team leader, and coach with over 12 years of experience building and leading a successful real estate business. As a Realtor and Team Leader, she has coached her own team, led workshops for other agents, and guided business owners through the challenges of growth, leadership, and scaling with clarity and confidence.
Jessica is a Leadership Medina County alum (Class of 2024), a 2023 NSME Achievement in Excellence Award winner, and a multi-year Ohio Association of Realtors President’s Sales Club recipient (2021–2025). She brings over a decade of real-world business ownership and leadership experience into her coaching work.
Personal Interests
Outside of business, Jessica is married to her husband Chris, is a mom to two grade-school daughters, and shares life with a chocolate lab. She is a longtime Medina resident, a Girl Scout troop leader, and a former high school theology teacher. She is an avid reader of both fiction and personal development, deeply values community, and believes that growth in business should go hand-in-hand with a full, connected life.

For more than seven years, Jessica has also sat on the other side of the coaching relationship as a committed coaching client herself. That experience profoundly shaped her philosophy and approach. She has personally experienced how the right support brings not only better results, but peace of mind, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to lead with intention rather than overwhelm. She knows firsthand the power of having a trusted sounding board, strategic guidance, accountability, and—when needed—someone who will challenge you to think bigger and lead better.
Jessica is especially passionate about working with what she calls “accidental entrepreneurs”: people who discovered a craft they love, turned it into a business, and then found themselves navigating the complex world of numbers, systems, leadership, and culture—often without a roadmap. Her heart is to help business owners succeed as business owners, not just technicians, so they can reclaim the joy of what they do and stop feeling like the business is running them.
